R.E.A.L: Women's Ministry

Welcome to R.E.A.L. Women’s Devotional Hour! We are a part of R.E.A.L. Women’s Ministry of First Street Church and a group of women who are passionate about reaching out to our community, encouraging each other, affirming each other’s identity in Christ and loving the women in our church, right where they are! We believe that as women we have a unique calling to model Christ’s love as we lift each other up and grow in our walk with the Lord. We meet every Sunday morning at 9:30am to 10:30 am before Church. We invite you to join us; we’d love to meet you!

We have a unique opportunity to step out and make a difference in someone’s life; not only in the church, but in our local communities! God has given us different gifts and talents, and we look to use those to serve others and grow in our own walk with the Lord. If you’re looking to grow and get more involved with ministry, R.E.A.L. Women’s Ministry and Devotional Hour is a great place to start!

We inspire women to walk alongside of each other for both encouragement and support. As women face different seasons in life, including both the highs and lows, it’s important to have a community of “sisters” that can encourage, celebrate, support and pray for one another. R.E.A.L. Women’s Devotional Hour provides a small community to not only connect with but to also offer prayer support and GREAT HUGS!

Scripture reminds us that God created men and women in His image (Gen 1:26-27). R.E.A.L. Women’s Ministry and Devotional Hour seeks to help women know that they are strong and capable, and that they can make a difference in the world. As His hands, feet and voice in our communities we can change lives for eternity whether it’s family, neighbors, coworkers or even a complete stranger! You are a Daughter of the Most High King; straighten your crown, remember who you are…and know that God has a purpose and plan for your life!

As women, we are all in different seasons and different chapters of our walk with the Lord. Regardless of where you’ve been or where you’re going…whether you’ve been a Christian all of your life, you’re a brand new Christian or you’re seeking to learn what this all means…there is a place for you at First Street Church and in R.E.A.L. Women’s Ministry and Devotional Hour. We invite you to just come check us out, we love meeting new friends!

We are all a part of something much bigger than ourselves and we can’t wait to see what God has in store for us!
